Mid-City Neighborhood Organization
The Mid-City Neighborhood Organization is a civic group that is dedicated to improving the quality of life for all residents of Mid-City New Orleans. This almost 30-year old organization does so much to benefit our community but had a hard time sharing that information on their old website. They needed a refreshed, modern, and easy to use website because they update their content on a regular basis.
Our Solution
We built Mid-City Neighborhood Organization a streamlined website based on our tried and true designs. As with all of our websites, we utilized WordPress as their content management system. It allows the organization to make regular updates to their site with ease.
This new design puts the emphasis on showcasing their years of improving the quality of life in their neighborhood. We focused their website on their continuous hard work in the community, driving an increase in membership, and bringing in donations. In designing the new website, we added the capability for Mid-City Neighborhood Organization to collect donations directly from their own website.
Events Calendar
Mid-City Neighborhood Organization has monthly mixers and neighborhood meetings. We built a functional and intuitive events calendar that displays their upcoming events. This events calendar is used frequently by MCNO members, and is kept up to date by the organization with no extra coding required by the Get Online NOLA team.
